Launcher unable to list cloud

Resolved
A problem was identified which prevented older versions of the app launcher from listing clouds in the dropdown. This was due to a fault in a legacy version of the API. Issue was resolved at 08:00 UTC 3rd July 2023. App Launcher Version 10.0.0.499 and below where effected.
